The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable.  Each product provides FREE demo or trial version to let you fully evaluate it before you make a purchase decision. There are additional resources such as image previews and online materials available to help you better understand how it works and if it will fit your needs.

Please use the Demo or Trial version to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. In case of further questions, please contact us prior to purchase.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive your registration code by e-mail within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed!

If you do not receive your registration file within a reasonable amount of time (usually two business days), please notify us! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

Once you make a purchase, no refunds will be given.

After purchase we are available to assist in installation and configuration via email. It’s the official channel for delivering proper support.

If you discover an issue which has substantially diminished your enjoyment of our software, please issue an email describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any problem that you may have experienced.

In rare instances and only within 60 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.
